Mobile Workforce Unit

Serving the Following Counties:

Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, and Wise

Overview:

The Mobile Workforce Unit is a moving extension of the North Central Texas Workforce Centers bringing services directly to customers in need. Multiple computer stations on the unit allow our career seekers instant internet access to help them search for careers, improve their resumes, and receive on-site training.

Our traveling workforce center is a perfect tool to aid employers in their recruitment and career fair efforts loaded with 13 computer stations and internet access.

Some employers who have utilized the unit to aid in their recruitment and career fair efforts include Amazon, Cabela’s, Fossil, Frito Lay, Stanley Black & Decker, Toyota, and WinCo.

Our goal is to collaborate our workforce services with employers to assist in their hiring needs. If you are an employer, have a job opening and would like to reserve the unit for your hiring event, please first contact your local workforce center
