Our programs and services support youth and young adults of all abilities. We work in partnership with local Independent School Districts, businesses, community organizations and the Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation Services to provide job opportunities, career exploration counseling and other support services for youth and young adults with disabilities.

Learn about the Summer Earn & Learn program that provides work readiness training and paid work experience for students with disabilities. Read about and connect with our Student HireAbility Navigators, who advocate on behalf of students with disabilities to support, expand and enhance pre-employment transition services provided through the Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
