Become an Eligible Training Provider
A critical element to the workforce development system is our partnership with Eligible Training Providers. These Eligible Training Providers (ETPs) are entities with training programs approved by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded services.Training Providers interested in potentially providing training to WIOA clients whose primary campus is physically located within the Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas service area will need to apply with us for consideration for inclusion on the statewide Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). Inclusion on the statewide ETPL does not guarantee that a Board will refer any students to the program or that the Training Provider will receive any funds.
