Calling all industry partners! Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas (WSNCT) is proud to present the Summer 2024 Teacher Externship, an initiative aimed at preparing our students for the region's most in-demand occupations.
Selected educators from schools across North Central Texas will be matched with host industry partners for an externship opportunity where the teacher can gain firsthand industry experience and develop lesson plans that bring real-world insights to the classroom. This program is at no cost to employers and priceless for the educators involved! There is a five (5) day commitment, but the days don't have to be consecutive as long as the immersion occurs in June, July or August and totals 25 hours.
