Qarbon Aerospace Manufacturing Honored as North Central Texas Employer of Excellence

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) has announced that Qarbon Aerospace Manufacturing has been selected as the 2023 Employer of Excellence by Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas. This prestigious award recognizes one outstanding employer from each of the state's 28 local workforce development areas for their contributions to the economy, communities, and workforce of Texas.

Qarbon Aerospace has been a leader in workforce development and a true community partner in the North Central Texas region. They have collaborated with local ISDs to create internship opportunities for graduating seniors and have played a pivotal role in developing the new Aviation Technology curriculum and pre-apprenticeship program for Red Oak ISD. In addition to its work with educational institutions, Qarbon Aerospace has also demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the skills of its existing workforce through the exploration of the Skills Development Fund Grant.

Their partnership with Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas has resulted in a multitude of opportunities for the local community, as well as fostering partnerships with the local workforce, education, and community partners. As a result of their forward-thinking approach, Qarbon Aerospace is not only developing their workforce but also propelling the local workforce forward.
